What we build matters.

There is always more to the story.

I've spent much of my career turning ideas into something real. I build strong teams, develop talent, and bring people and resources together to make things happen. There's a particular satisfaction in seeing people grow, relationships deepen, and work take on a life beyond what you first envisioned.

But a career only tells part of the story.

I'm shaped by the communities I've been part of, the people who've challenged and encouraged me, and the experiences that have changed how I see the world. They've taught me to stay curious, value different perspectives, and never underestimate what can happen when the right people come together. My past volunteer involvement with The New York Women's Foundation is one of the experiences that has deepened my interest in community-led change and philanthropy.

There's so much more to each of us than what we do. I believe the most meaningful connections begin when we look beyond titles and accomplishments and take a genuine interest in the people behind them. That's often where the most interesting conversations begin.
